We’ve got another awesome tip from our Summer Youth Sports Series soccer camp today! The fundamentals of kicking a soccer ball is key to an athlete’s performance in a game. So we’ve broke it down into 3 simple steps to help make it a little easier!

Hit the court with former Utah Jazz player CJ Miles at a FREE Junior Jazz On Tour Basketball Clinic in St. George!

St. George Recreation Center
Come ready to play! Participants will take part in basketball drills and games, followed by a Q&A and photo opportunity with CJ Miles.

The Claw Method
Today’s tip is a great one for football and flag football players coming from Intermountain Sports Performance - Acceleration
Having ball security is the number 1 priority for these athletes, and knowing how to properly hold the ball will help lead to success. We can wait to see our youth put this into practice at our leagues!

Cemetery Highlight - Memorial Day Weekend
The city cemetery staff may go unseen, but their work is significant. Memorial Day preparation for them was a huge task, marking 2300 veteran graves with flags, cleaning and trimming headstones, and so much more. Their work directly impacts the St George communities and we couldn’t be more grateful for what they do!
