As the sun set on the Danube, our Trailblazer musicians wrapped up an incredible multi-country European journey with a deep dive into the rich history of Budapest, Hungary!

Utah Tech Music students experienced the architectural wonders and remarkable organ of St. Stephen’s Basilica, visited the home of Franz Liszt, relaxed in the historic Széchenyi Thermal Baths, and enjoyed a traditional River Dinner Cruise with traditional music and dancing to cap off the experience. 🚢🎵

🏰 From imperial palaces to world-class opera houses, Vienna, Austria served as an amazing classroom for our Utah Tech Music Students! They immersed themselves in Austrian culture. Highlights included attending the Vienna State Opera, attending mass sung by the Vienna Boys Choir, taking formal waltzing lessons, and attending a wonderful concert at the famous Goldener Saal. 🎻✨

🎶 Our Utah Tech music students recently explored the historic streets of Salzburg, Austria, enjoying cultural immersion and unforgettable experiences.

From a Sound of Music bicycle tour through the countryside, to an organ recital at the Salzburg Cathedral, to experiencing a beautiful concert at the Hohensalzburg Fortress, our Trailblazers musicians were truly living Active Learning, Active Life. They even put their culinary skills to the test with a hands-on Apple Strudel making class! 🍏🥮

All non-UT items will be removed at that time, and locks will be cut off. Items left in the lockers will be put in a box available for pickup in the Eccles front office.
