Meet Our Newest Doctor! Dr. Blair Ballard. Dr. Ballard attended chiropractic school at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon. His athletic and outdoor interests led him to pursue a Master's in Sports Medicine alongside his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. He is a Utah native and was raised in small town Fielding, Utah. He is a lifelong athlete and grew up playing baseball, basketball, and football.
