We are starting our BARN conversion to a TINY HOME here in Washington City UT. I will walk you through the zoning, planning, engineering, tear out, electrical, building processes. I will share my mistakes/errors along the way too so you can learn from them.
As a real estate professional I have talked with a lot of people in our community about the need, values etc. of ADUs (Ancillary Dwelling Units) Now watch and see how the process works as I take our Barn and convert it into a 1 Br/ 1 Ba tiny home.
