Hey St. George, Dixie Meats is accepting applications. We are a very fun and good place to work. The crew are fun people who care about eachother. If you are interested I invite you to come talk with the crew and ask them any questions about working with us. Got the briskets in the brine! They will fresh brine for 7 days. They will be available starting Thursday March 12th. $9.99/pound! Do you have plans for St. Patty’s day? Give either store a jingle if you want to pre order. Each store did about 115 pounds, don’t wait they go pretty quick!

Dixie Meats passed its 14 years today at 9 am. I am greatful to this town and love sharing what we can do for you. We have all come a long way and we can't wait to see how it turns out.

Just a side note...I have hugged a lot of widows and widowers. I didn't expect to be so involved in people's lives when I planned this. It's been an honor to serve as your butcher and friend. I know I'm not as seen as I once was but my gratitude is over the rim. Thank you for your help with my life and I will always stand and help with yours. As usual...ya look great St. George! Let's keep this thing rolling.
