In the month of May, our largest settlement was $425,000 for a 60-year-old man who suffered a serious ankle injury after a commercial truck ran a red light and crashed into his vehicle at the busy Riverside Drive & River Road intersection. 🛣️

Our smallest settlement was $5,000 for a woman who was rear-ended on Brigham Road. While her injuries were relatively minor, we were also able to help her recover additional value for her car after the insurance company initially undervalued it. 🚨💥

BIGGEST CASE:
An 8-year-old girl on an electric scooter was hit in a residential neighborhood, suffering serious injuries and over $100,000 in medical bills. We were able to prove the driver didn’t brake in time and recovered $350,000 for her family. 💙

SMALLEST CASE:
A passenger injured in a crash involving her own husband and another driver trying to beat a red light. Fault was shared, but we were still able to recover $17,000 through multiple insurance policies.
