A little somethin’ somethin’ to the waiting room.

Customer: “Can someone move my car?”

JLM: “Absolutely.”

Then out walks our 6’3”, 275 lb senior offensive/defensive lineman looking like he’s headed to Friday night lights… not to pull your vehicle into the bay.

Summer break around here means football workouts, shop time, and learning a few life skills between sets and service tickets.

And if you pick your vehicle up and suddenly need to move your seat back up… we sincerely apologize in advance. 😅🏈🚗

Summer break looks a little different around here. 🔧🏈

When he’s not at football practice or in the gym putting in work, I’m grateful to get some extra time with my son here at the shop.

It’s not about making him follow the same path or expecting him to end up in the automotive industry. It’s about teaching work ethic, problem solving, showing up, taking pride in what you do, and passing along skills that make life easier no matter where he ends up.

If he chooses something completely different someday, that’s okay too. But at the very least, he’ll know the basics, understand how things work, and hopefully carry lessons that help him become a capable, productive human being.

These moments mean more than the work getting done. ❤️🛠️

POV: You’re just trying to move a customer’s car into the shop… and suddenly you’re three chapters deep into a spicy audiobook, a true crime investigation, and 2007 underground hip-hop. 🍿😂

Technicians see and hear everything.
Some radios get turned down immediately…
