Hey guys! Life's kinda crazy but we are back with another cookout!

We've had a lot of requests to do single person plates again instead of bulk.

So on Thursday 6/23/22 we will be doing $15 chicken plates. Each plate with have 1 chicken thigh, macaroni salad, scalloped potatoes and one piece of cornbread.
Each plate will be enough for one person

Addition chicken thighs $5 each
Addition portions of sides available at $3 per portion

Pick up available between 5 and 6 pm on the 23rd
*additional times can be arranged with notice

Back by popular demand, we are doing nachos again!

Mark your calenders for May 27th, 5pm

We will have 3 meat options:
$30 for chicken nachos
$35 for pork nachos
$40 for brisket nachos

We will also have house salsa and guac available for $5 each

Additional meat or double meat portion for $10 more

Chips topped with smoked nacho cheese, house beans, meat of choice, sour cream and pickled jalapeño (omit whatever you'd like)

Have orders in by Wednesday May 25th.
Pick up Friday may 27th between 5-6. If later is needed please work it out with zac or Josh before hand

Finished up the second part of our catering event for the ICU today.

Then tried out hand at some beef dino ribs

All in all a solid day!

3 pork shoulders seasoned with sweet rub for a catering for the ICU unit at our local hospital tonight. And decided to throw on one seasoned with green chili bacon rub for my own dinner while I was at it!! We will post the finished results tonight!
