- Create an exceptional guest experience (welcome → send-off)
- Educate first-time guests + guide people into the right service (Float, Fire & Ice, Massage, etc.)
- Confidently handle bookings, check-ins, and phone/text inquiries
- Support sales + membership conversations in a way that feels aligned (help people choose what they actually need)
- Keep the space dialed: clean, stocked, and flowing
- Work with an awesome team

Alyssa has years of experience and a depth of knowledge on the trauma stored in the body and the fascial network that holds everything together.
