Drafthouse Designs

This one has been a blast!! I had a great set of clients that had an existing set of plans, but needed help with visualizing/picking out the finishes to the exterior of their home. In steps drafthouse and our 3D renderings! Can’t wait to see this one in real life!!!

Laundry room addition goals!! Can’t wait to see this one completed! Adding some much needed space to an already amazing home!

Before/After! The hardest part of any addition is making the new plan look like it was part of plan the whole time!! Love when it all comes together!

Starting to create a portfolio of plans and designs. These will be simple, easy to change plans. 1st of many. 3bd / 2ba / 1,800 sq ft.

This was a fun one to draw! A grading plan study for a great client of ours. Showing the different elevations of work in 3D can help everyone on the jobsite get on the same page and be more productive with less mistakes!
