This past Sunday, Odin and I had a wonderful time participating in Paws for a Cause to support Lazarus House in St Charles! 🐾🌟 Giving back to our community and enjoying a walk with our furry friends made the day special. Even with a bit of wind, it was a fulfilling experience full of joy and purpose. Supporting local causes helps us teach little ones the value of kindness and giving. 💙🏃‍♂️

Get ready for a fun-filled STEM adventure - our February theme is TechniCal and Cody's STEM Room! Children at TLE will learn all about gravity, magnetism, and even force and motion this month!

They'll use dramatic play to discover STEM-based jobs, explore the role of technology in their daily life, and engage in experiments with their TLE friends. Classroom activities in February will help little learners expand their critical thinking skills!

This month, children at The Learning Experience will become little meteorologists as they explore weather and seasons with their TLE friends! ⛅ ❄️
They'll participate in fun experiments and hands-on exploration activities that will help them understand how heat, rain, snow, and wind work! This December, they'll also learn how to dress and prepare for different types of weather! ☔⚡

STEM is the integrated exploration of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.
Through STEM, teachers act as facilitators, while students guide their own learning through problem-solving and collaboration. Children explore, play, and build curiosity about the natural world and the way things work.
At The Learning Experience, we take STEM one step further through our STREAMS model, which encompasses Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, Mathematics, and Social Studies. Children learn advanced 21st-century skills as they explore hands-on materials and work cooperatively to achieve a common goal. Our cross-curricular model provides children with enriching experiences that reflect the intertwined relationship of these subject areas.
