The Albeni Falls Dam staff would like to thank all our visitors for a fantastic summer season. Albeni Cove, Priest River, Riley Creek and Springy Point Recreation Areas are now closed for the season.
Your support helps maintain these lands for the thousands of friends and families we welcome every summer.
If you made any memories in any of our recreation areas, we would love to hear about them!

SWIM AREA AND BOAT RAMP UPDATE -
Due to dangerously high seasonal flows, Albeni Cove's swim area and boat ramp will remain closed until flows lower and water levels raise. Riley Creek, Springy Point, and Priest River are open.
Please check https://www.recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/233791 for the most up-to-date information on the status of Albeni Cove's boat ramp and swim area. The closure banner at the top will be removed when the Cove is safely opened, which will likely not happen for over a week.

Our campgrounds are OPEN! Kick off your summer by swinging by The Mudhole, Springy Point, Albeni Cove, and Riley Creek before they close in mid-September. Reservations can be made any time on www.recreation.gov, and boat ramps and swim areas will open once the lake reaches a stable and safe elevation.

Join in the challenge, and help Bonner County take the gold! Participants only need to make one observation to join the team. If it's your first time, don't fret: volunteers will be at Riley Creek this Sunday from 1-4pm to help people use the iNaturalist app to make observations.
In the meantime, we're looking forward to seeing you when Riley Creek officially opens on May 7th!
