The objective was to vividly portray the potential real-life consequences, emphasizing the critical nature of decision-making in situations where life and death hang in the balance. The ramifications of poor choices, the event aimed to raise awareness and instill a sense of responsibility, with the ultimate goal of preventing similar incidents in the future. As the saying goes, life can change in a blink of an eye—a truth echoed by anyone who has experienced its unpredictable turns firsthand.

FlightCare was founded in 1987 and is a growing air medical provider located in Saginaw, MI. FlightCare safely transports critically ill and injured patients throughout the lower peninsula of Michigan, primarily in eastern northern Michigan, central Michigan and the thumb. Each mission includes a Pilot, Flight Nurse, and Flight Paramedic. Our main priority is to provide every patient the best possible care in an environment devoted to safety. Since our inception, we have flown thousands of patients and still remain a strong tenured flight crew. Currently, FlightCare is owned and operated by Med-Trans Corporation in Lewisville, TX and is a collaboration with Ascension St. Mary’s in Saginaw, MI.

City of Saginaw appoints Brandon Hausbeck as new fire chief The City of Saginaw has announced that interim fire chief Brandon Hausbeck has been named the new fire chief for the Saginaw Fire Department.

Lucas Summers, our Clinical Manager, had the opportunity to connect with Gary Valeriano, the Regional Business Manager for Med-Trans Corporation Gary spent the past few days at our base familiarizing himself with our operations, meeting our crews, visiting hospitals, and dropping by our dispatch center. It's worth noting that Gary's journey with our company began on the flight line, where he started as a Flight Medic. We appreciate Gary taking the time to visit us, provide updates, and address our questions.
