What makes PACE different?
PACE brings medical care, home care, transportation, nutrition support, social services, and care coordination together through one interdisciplinary team focused on the whole person.
Instead of navigating multiple providers and systems, participants receive coordinated care designed to help them remain healthy, independent, and connected to their communities.
One program. One team. Whole-person care.

Today, AB 1672 will be heard in the Senate Health Committee.
This bill will strengthen transparency and accountability in the PACE rate-setting process, helping providers better understand how rates are developed and supporting long-term stability for community-based care programs serving medically complex older adults across California.
This means means greater stability for providers, better long-term planning, and stronger support for the older adults who rely on PACE to remain safely in their homes and communities.
