We are bringing back the popular men’s group at the perfect time! Real Men Talk is a safe space for guys to come together and enjoy each other’s company, while also sharing a free dinner and learning something impactful each time. This free event is for men only, high school aged boys will be allowed with parent/guardian permission*.
We will serve food from 6:30-7pm. If you’d like to break bread with us please come on time as we will be transitioning to our keynote speaker shortly after 7pm. This month’s theme is “Brotherhood in Action: Building Strong Men, Strong Teams, and Strong Communities”. This month’s guest speaker is Adonai Mack - CEO of Child Action Inc. The final hour is an open discussion, which brings the guys together to speak freely, and is good for networking and growing from our own experiences or expertise.

After major renovations, Sol Collective is back open and April 11th we’re celebrating in a big way with some of the artists who got their starts at Sol Collective and have gone on to have a huge impact on our city and beyond including NPR Tiny Desk winner The Philharmonik fresh off the release of his new album Transcendentalism featuring the single, “Home.” Seven44 returns to Sol Collective with a fresh new project. Also featuring a special poetry month set by Andru Defeye. Hosted by Russell Cummings with DJ Amp One and special guests.

April is National Poetry Month and Sol Collective is teaming with Sac Poetry Week to support this year’s local poetry festivities in October. Proceeds will benefit Sol Collective and Sac Poetry Week. Get your tickets today on Eventbrite. Link in bio.

Tonight is the final Men’s Breath in Rhythm session of the year. And wow… I just want to say thank you.

When I started this, I had no idea how impactful it would be. Week after week, you showed up, for yourselves, for each other, and for this growing community. Every breath shared, every story spoken, every silent moment held… it’s meant something.

I’m truly honored to have held this space with you all.
I also want to give a big thanks to Nino and All City Realty for holding us down these past couple months and giving us a home to breathe in while our space was being remodeled. 🙏🏽

I’ll be taking December off to rest and reset and I’m so excited to start the new year off in our newly remodeled home at Sol Collective.
We’re just getting started, and I can already feel something powerful building for 2026.

If you’re interested in a private 1:1 breathwork session or a private group session, feel free to reach out, I’d love to hold space for you.
