Our cattle are entirely pasture raised, 100% natural and grass fed and finished. We do not use any hormone supplements or feed antibiotics.

First establish in 1940 by the Zorbas family, Avdis Ranch operations began in North Sacramento, what is now known as Natomas. As emigrants from Tripolis, Greece, the Zorba family ranched sheep and cattle in the traditions of the old-country, maintaining a fairly simple process based on all natural, pasture raised techniques.
