Once your expectations, insecurities, pride & ego are dealt with, serving /leading others is so much easier.

To say yes to leadership,
is to say yes to accountability.

When I look at people through Gods eyes,
I always walk away thinking, They Deserve for me to be a Better (servant) leader..
