And just like the seasons, we too are cyclical.

I believe in healing that ripples outward. We are all practitioners of some kind of healing intention. We each have something we’ve lived, learned, felt, or understood that may be exactly what someone else needs.

So wouldn’t it be the opposite of our intention to see one another as competition?

I can celebrate your work. Share your event. Send someone your way. Want to see you grow. And none of that takes away from what I’m here to offer.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not about who has more.
It’s about what is rippling outward from within each person’s heart.
Healing is bigger than any one of us.

BECOMING (Noun):

The ongoing unfolding of who you are.
Becoming is the willingness to keep meeting yourself.

And then sometimes the sleepover ends with me grabbing some tools out of my Mary Poppins toolkit to assist in your becoming.

When this analogy was said, I couldn’t believe how much it resonated. Like, yes ma’am this is exactly the FEEL I want you to have when you come to the Sanctuary whether it’s for a 1:1 session, workshop or certification. But I didn’t have those words before, and now I do. I also ALWAYS talk about doing a sleepover there too haha! Maybe one day…
