Hart Light Rising Reiki

I am rereading (well, listening) to Mary Magdalene Revealed, and I heard this quote in the first chapter. I used to think that connecting with the divine meant connecting with higher dimensions, when really it’s something within us. We need to stop reaching from something outside of us when we can just seek it within the heart.

You don’t need to be fixed, because you are not broken.

You don’t need another self-improvement plan, because nothing is wrong with you.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You just need to start.

Sometimes, what we’re searching for isn’t outside of us at all.

Rise Into Your Light was created for women who feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in survival mode, or quietly longing for something more.

Through the mind, body, heart, and spirit, we’ll explore what it means to create safety, reconnect with your essence (your light), and remember the authentic version of you beneath the layers.

Fascia forever amazes me and I believe unwinding our fascia will bring us closer to ourselves. Fascia remembers all and the body holds it and protects you. The book I am reading, The Tensegrity Temple: Fascia, Flow, and the Divine Blueprint suggest that the fascia is the soft hardware, holding the hardware of your souls experience.
