The Lorton's moved into their new home this week. It snowed a little in Black Mountain today and it made for a nice exterior shot.

Next up, a new home for Martin, Louise and Chloe Lorton in Black Mountain.

Well, that was fast. Got the home listed Wednesday. On Thursday, we had 3 drive by's that stopped and looked around and realtors showed the home at least 4 times that I know. By the end of the day yesterday, we had a full price offer.

The Tryon Cottage has Hickory cabinets and granite counters. While I was trying to work this morning, 3 people driving by stopped and walked through the house and we had at least 3 showings by realtors. I didn't get a whole lot done today but that's just fine.

The little house in Tryon is just about done. A little paint on the porch and making the front walk and some cleanup. Here are a couple of pictures of the bath that has the tile shower. It will be going on the market this weekend. Come and get it!

Inside the drywall is done, ceiling is painted, walls are primed and trim is done. Painters will come Monday and cabinets will go in next week.
