Twenty-five years ago, a group of people believed our community deserved a place where art could thrive.

Since then, The Guild has welcomed thousands of visitors, artists, students, volunteers, and supporters through its doors. Together, we've celebrated creativity, learned new skills, shared stories, and built a lasting artistic community.

As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, we're asking 25 people, 50 people, 100 people, anyone who believes in the power of the arts, to give $25 for 25 Years.

Every contribution helps us continue serving artists and inspiring creativity throughout Rutherford County.

Our Give It A Whirl pottery experience is happening this Friday, and spots are still available.

Join instructor Pam McLeod for a fun, hands-on introduction to the pottery wheel. This beginner-friendly class focuses on the experience of creating, learning, and trying something new in a welcoming environment.

🏺 Your two best pieces will be trimmed, fired, and glazed for pickup later

Recently, our pottery hand building instructor Charlie King hosted a wonderful private gathering where participants created their own handmade charcuterie boards, and everyone had an amazing time. 🏺🧀

The Guild currently offers private event opportunities in:

🏺💚 A reminder that art can do more than create something beautiful.... it can give back to the community too.

This Friday, participants in our SOLD OUT Empty Bowls: Make a Bowl, Make a Difference workshop at The Guild will be creating handcrafted bowls to support the Ruff'ton Roots Community Garden Empty Bowls Fundraiser.

These bowls will later be displayed at The Guild and gifted during the Empty Bowls Fundraiser dinner in November, helping support local efforts fighting food insecurity right here in our community.

We’re so excited to see creativity and community come together through this special project. Thank you to everyone supporting Ruff’ton Roots and The Guild through art. 🥣✨

Our Magic of Watercolor class with Rebecca Pelletier begins THIS Friday, May 29th, and it’s the perfect opportunity to slow down, get creative, and learn something new. ✨

Whether you’re a total beginner or someone wanting to grow your skills, this class is designed to help you explore watercolor in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

🖌 In this class, you’ll:
• Learn foundational watercolor techniques
• Practice color mixing & water control
• Create loose florals and simple landscapes
• Complete guided projects you can actually be proud of

Each session is a standalone project, making it easy and approachable for beginners while still being fun for experienced artists too. 💛
