Our owner, Joe Sedlak, recently had the opportunity to discuss career options with students at Rutherford High School

Rutherford High School students had the opportunity to hear from two inspiring presenters. Joe Sedlak, a successful local businessman and owner of SEDCO Contracting, shared valuable insights about building a thriving career in the construction industry and the many paths to success outside of a typical college route.

Additionally, Staff Sergeant Jamahl Williams from the New Jersey Army National Guard 3rd Recruiting and Retention Battalion gave a presentation highlighting the diverse career opportunities, training, and benefits available through military service.

Both sessions provided students with eye-opening perspectives and encouraged them to consider a variety of future career paths. We’re proud to support our students as they explore different avenues to achieve their goals!
