We’re thrilled to celebrate Uche’s journey with us as he finishes his physical therapy at our office🎉

From knee pain to a stronger, steadier stride, Uche’s story is one of dedication and progress. He came to us with knee pain that was impacting his performance on the field. A former goalie at Felician University, he relied on sharp reflexes and agile movement—both of which require solid ankle mobility and knee stability.

Over the course of his treatment, we focused on:
Ankle mobility and range of motion
Knee strengthening to support stable, pain-free movement
Progressive stability training to guard against re-injury

Uche consistently demonstrated and progressed his strengthening exercises with great discipline and determination. His hard work paid off, and he’s finishing his senior year at Felician University before returning to Switzerland.
