Hey yall! We will be closed this week for vacation. We will return on July 30th.

Back to normal this week Thursday-Saturday 11-3 or sold out.

Due to a power outage at our prep location we will have a limited menu for today (thursday) and will be closed the rest of the week.

We have brisket and pulled pork sandwiches, tacos, and by the pound and sides.

We are taking off for the 4th of july this Saturday so here is the schedule for this week.

Wednesday - banh mi sandwiches only from 11-2

Thursday - Friday 11-3 or sold out

Saturday - Closed

Still running gyros! 6-25-26. Open 11-3 or sold out.

Whew. Yall came for the brisket today. We are out of brisket for the day (friday) 6-19-26. We still have the gyros!

Gyros are back on the menu this week! House made chicken gyro (contains brisket trim), LA white sauce, Greek salad, and greek seasoning on toasted pita. One of my personal favorites.

Back to the core menu this Saturday! Have a great weekend.
