The Ruston High School Resume is proud to announce we have been recognized by two incredible organizations for the work completed on the 2025-2026 yearbook.

🏅Jostens awarded the Ruston High School Resume with a plaque to commend us on reaching GOLD LEVEL STATUS. This was earned by completing various tasks in marketing, sales, deadline management, and coverage of our student body in our yearbook!
💰 The Hoss Garrett Foundation awarded the Resume with a generous grant for our hard work and dedication to creating our most memorable yearbook yet. Mrs. Smith has purchased a new camera and lens to continue capturing special moments and Bearcat memories for years to come! 📸

All of these new achievements could not have been made possible without our amazing yearbook staff, supportive principal Dan Gressett, our outstanding Jostens sales rep Michelle Brouillette Fugarino, as well as our local businesses, parents, and students who continue to fund this program.

Thanks to our Bearcats for helping us sell out THREE TIMES!!! We look forward to next year’s Resume, Volume 79. Have a great summer Bearcats!!! ☀️

The yearbook staff would like to thank everyone who made our first ever signing party a huge hit!

FRESHMEN 📢 Be on the lookout for the distribution tickets headed your way tomorrow in class, and bring your paper to 2nd lunch this Friday to receive your yearbook!!

IT’S SIGNING WEEK!!! 📚

Mrs. Smith has 15 yearbooks remaining if you haven’t bought yours yet. Bring $85 check or cash to room 106B before Friday to claim yours and come to our first ever yearbook signing party Friday during 3rd hour.

All 10th-12th graders should have received a distribution ticket (see the sample ticket on slide 2) today during advisory. If not, please come see Mrs. Smith to get yours. YOU CANNOT ENTER THE SIGNING EVENT WITHOUT YOUR TICKET. Do not lose this paper!!

We cannot wait to see everyone at our yearbook signing party Friday! Due to scheduling conflicts, freshmen will have a separate signing party at a later date to be announced soon. They will receive their distribution tickets the day before their party.

Time is running out to submit your votes for the teachers you want to see get pied in the face at our signing party next Friday, May 1st!

YEARBOOKS ARE IN! 😍 Our yearbook staff is working hard checking inventory and organizing books for signing day! We have a lot to plan and organize but with our first annual signing party in 2 weeks, we are getting so excited to share this year’s Resume with everyone.
