Hello everyone! Due to the winter storm, we couldn't make it in this past week. Thank you for being so understanding, as it was much appreciated. We are back today and resuming our normal business hours. We are so excited to see the pups!

📢 Possible Early Closure Friday Due to Winter Weather ❄️

Hello everyone — with a strong cold front expected to move into our area this weekend and precipitation likely beginning Friday afternoon into Friday night, Ruston Pet Resort may close early on Friday to ensure the safety of our staff and the pets in our care.

Please plan accordingly and call ahead if you have drop-offs, pick-ups, or daycare scheduled for Friday.

Important information regarding boarding and operations:
• All boarding pets will continue to receive appropriate care. We have plans in place to ensure the safety, comfort, and daily needs of pets staying with us during the winter weather.
• Due to road conditions and staff availability, there may be changes to regular staffing, and drop-off and pick-up times may vary as needed.
• While pet care will not be interrupted, normal operations and scheduling may need to be adjusted depending on weather conditions.
• Please ensure we have current contact information and remain available in case we need to reach you.
• If you have outside pets at home, bring them inside or provide appropriate shelter, warmth, and dry bedding.

We are closely monitoring the forecast and will post updates if plans change. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we prioritize safety for both pets and staff. 🐾
