Jakes Rocks Trail Fest is this coming weekend. What a way to check out the beauty of this area, especially with fall on it’s way. Leaves are already beginning to change. It’s time to get out and enjoy the outdoors before the winter weather makes us home bound. We have rooms available so make your reservations today before we book up!

Summer is here, people are looking for a place to relax or get out in nature, hiking and kayaking. This is the place to go. Want to relax, enjoy the view of the pond and the inhabitants of the willows and water lilies. Bring a book and sit on a bench under the trees and next to the pond. Rather be hiking or on the water? There are many places to hike nearby and the Conewango creek is within yards. The closest livery is only a mile away, but a little travel can get you to the Kinzua Dam and the Allegheny River. Rainy day there are still plenty of museums and places to visit. Rooms are booking up so make your reservations soon!

What are you doing with your sweetheart for Valentines Day? We have several rooms reserved but there is still availability on the weekend before and the weekend after Valentines Day (which includes President’s Day). Call for your reservations and besides breakfast we’ll throw in a bottle of wine. Our breakfasts include our own baked Breads.

It’s time for the winter outdoor fun! This is a great area for cross country skiing, snow shoe and snowmobiling. With the Allegheny forest, Kinzua Dam and Chapman State Park so close there is plenty of outdoor things to do! Warren’s Winterfest starts the weekend of Jan 17th, make your reservations today! We are also close to Peak N Peak and Holiday Valley if you like to ski. More the indoor type check out the casinos in Salamanca, both ABBA and Chaka Kahn are playing there this month. Come back to the warm comfort of the fireplace in your room.

The winter season is upon us. This is a great area for winter sports. With the Allegheny Forest so close and of course the Kinzua Dam, this is the ideal location for snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snow mobiles as well as some fishing or hiking. Make your reservations now for “Winter Fest” at Chapman State Park. We’re located about half an hour away in Russell Pa. Spend the day in the cold and come back tot he room with a nice warm fireplace and a great comfortable bed. Not to mention homemade breakfast in the morning featuring local products and homemade breads.

Okay hunters, it’s that time of the year again! Deer season is just days away. If your coming to our area to hunt or if you have family coming to hunt and don’t have space, we do! I promise you a great breakfast, made with homemade breads and local items. We will do anywhere from 4 AM till 10 AM for breakfast ( you’ll miss the big one if you wait until 10) and we will be sure you have a thermos full of hot coffee before you leave. I wish I had some great pictures of local deer for here, but I don’t but here are some picture of my baked goods, apple pie, banana nut bread and honey grain bread. Make your reservations now!
