Love surrounds me in visible and invisible ways. It comes through caring words, remembered kindness, steady support, and the comforting presence that meets me in stillness. I feel held by something bigger than the moment, something gentle, faithful, and near. My heart rests in this assurance. This sacred companionship is woven through my life, and I am blessed by the love that walks with me.

Peace begins as a quiet presence within me and extends into the way I listen, speak, and respond. I make room for understanding, allowing compassion to shape my view of others. The larger Love that holds us all helps me meet life with patience and care. Harmony becomes possible through small faithful choices. I live from a calm center and bring that calm into the world.

Life speaks through every experience, offering wisdom in both simple moments and meaningful turning points. I stay open to the insight being revealed. A conversation, a pause, a choice, or a change of direction can bring fresh understanding. I welcome the learning that helps me grow with grace. Each day adds depth to my journey and helps me live with greater awareness.

I am wonderfully made, shaped by life, love, wisdom, and sacred imagination. I honor the beauty of my being with gentle respect. My body, mind, heart, and spirit each carry their own intelligence and light. I treat myself as someone worthy of care, joy, and belonging. The more I recognize the holy design within me, the more freely I share my gifts.

I want to thank everyone in the RU Family that supported are efforts at this year’s Metro Detroit Heart and Stroke Walk. Together, with your help, we exceeded our fundraising goals to build awareness for both heart disease and stroke - two conditions that impacted have many of us personally.

We were also proud to honor the work that Rev. Glenn has done for this team and our cause. No step will ever be taken in this annual event without knowing he continues to be the wind beneath our wings.

Finally, thank you to Rev Anicia and her group of RU volunteers that motivated those walkers and runners for the event at Belle Isle. It was a beautiful day on the island and your encouragement helped make it a great experience.
