We're in the office now. Thinking about getting some built-in shelving and a rug to tie the room together. Any suggestions?

Last night we finished the maple slab desk that will be going into our office (once everything is cleaned out). The last coat to seal was put on and she's all done and ready to get beat up.

We got a beautiful slab of spalted maple in. What will it become?

Distressed is the best! The farmhouse style cabinet doors and rubbed bronze hardware add heaps of character.
