Last night, the P3 Roxbury team was honored to attend the Caritas Communities Annual Housing for All Gala. Reverend Jeffrey L. Brown, Co-Founder of My City at Peace and Thomas O'Brien, Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of The HYM Investment Group, received the P. Leo Corcoran Humanitarian Award in recognition of their ongoing commitment to the Greater Boston community and to creating accessible housing and homeownership opportunities. Joseph D. Feaster, Jr.
was also recognized as a Co-Chair of the event. Thank you, Caritas team, and all those involved for your ongoing commitment to providing safe, secure housing options for those in need.

Today, the BPDA voted to designate HYM/ as the development team for Parcel 3 in Roxbury. Our P3 Roxbury team is comprised of an incredible group of people working towards a shared vision. Driven by Boston and Roxbury’s next generation of Black, Brown and women entrepreneurs, through our development we are committed to creating generational wealth, high-paying jobs with long term career opportunities, and affordable housing for families of color in the Nubian Square and Greater Roxbury area.

We’re thrilled to have won a key endorsement from the community last night for the redevelopment of P3. We look forward to continuing our work in Roxbury and delivering on our promises. Thank you to the members of the PRC and the RSMPOC for believing in our proposal and our project partners who worked tirelessly to develop and communicate our vision

Our team was out this weekend celebrating the naming of Hicks Auto Body Square, a legacy business in Dorchester.

Meet the Team: . The OnyxGroup, recently pictured here with Mayor Wu, is a crucial part of our P3 Roxbury team. A Massachusetts based, Black woman owned business, the Onyx Group is responsible for the retail components of the project, from permitting, through design and construction to leasing.

Join us Tuesday, June 7 for another Meet the Team Open House - this time at Hibernian Hall! We’ll be discussing our proposal for P3 Roxbury and encourage all to join us. We’re fighting for the future of Roxbury!
