Reminder VOE forms come from the High School Attendance office; if you are planing to get the driving permit and/or license please get one of these the LAST week of school before summer break, they will be good untill the FIRST day of school!

Reminder to get your LICENSE from DPS this summer you need a VOE form

They will only let you in to the physical office if you made an ONLINE advance Appointment!
