Aaron has been a valued member of our Rowlett team for the past two years and has recently transitioned into a specialized role focused on setting up investment and retirement accounts for our clients. His dedication to growth and providing exceptional service continues to make a meaningful impact on both our team and our customers.

Outside of the office, Aaron enjoys spending time with his two dogs, Brody and Maya, often taking them on long walks or to the dog park. In his free time, he also enjoys playing video games, cheering on the New York Mets, and exploring his passion for cooking.

His leadership, work ethic, and positive energy make a meaningful impact on both our team and the clients we serve every day.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time doing what he loves most—being with his family. He and his wife (his best friend!) are raising three kids, along with their lively crew of three dogs and two fish. When he’s not leading his team, you can find him watching movies, gaming with his kids, camping, or fishing—sometimes even on his lunch break!

Born and raised in Texas, Michael takes pride in his roots and lives out his values daily. His faith and love for Jesus are at the center of his life, guiding both his personal and professional journey.

From assisting with the Drive Safe & Save® program to reviewing coverages, verifying policy accuracy, and conducting needs-based reviews, Junior goes above and beyond to support our clients every step of the way.

Outside of the office, Junior is a proud father of three daughters, ages 16, 14, and 5. He loves spending quality time with his family—whether that’s catching a movie, trying out new restaurants, or heading out on road trips together. In his free time, he enjoys playing music, staying active, and playing sports with friends.

Karina is a devoted wife of 30 years and a proud mom of four, and nothing brings her more joy than time spent with her family. Whether they’re sharing a great meal, enjoying a musical, or listening to K-pop together, she treasures every moment. A true foodie at heart—especially when it comes to Asian cuisine—Karina is always eager to explore new flavors and experiences.

She takes incredible pride in her children’s educational accomplishments, and her life is rooted in a strong faith, trusting God to guide each step along the way.
