Maddox Bain is going into his freshman year of college and we have about two months to get him physically prepared.
Our training objective over the next couple months is going to be focused on improving his explosive strength, maximal strength and adding some much needed mass to his frame so we can improve his velocity as much as possible this summer.
Starting metrics:
Sumo deadlift: 295lbs
Box Squat: 245lbs
Transverse broad jump: 6’8
Vertical: 22”
Body weight: 160lbs

Emerson Winkler is a shot put and discus thrower at Rockwall Heath High School and she has the goal of earning a scholarship to compete at the collegiate level!
Our training objective over the next few months is going to be focused on increasing her maximal strength and explosive power.
