Lingo Staffing is now hiring Call Center Customer Service Reps in the Austin, TX area.

Call Center Representative - oversees answering customer calls, listening to their concerns, and solving problems. They handle both inbound and outbound phone conversations with clients to make sure everyone quickly gets the help they need. Agents are tasked to verify the information extracted and is captured fully and correctly using the rules and guidelines provided by the company.

Payrate: $14.00 hourly

Scheduled:

Monday – Friday 6:00AM – 6:00PM (Scheduled for 8 hours)
Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends
Job Requirements & Duties:

Determines requirements by working with customers.
Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information by researching, locating, and providing information.
Resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching, and exploring answers and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved problems.
Maintains call center database by entering information.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures, and reporting malfunctions.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Lingo Staffing is now hiring warehouse associates in the Pflugerville/Austin Area!

Hours: Monday - Friday, Saturdays mandatory during busy season
2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 1:30am

One week of training required on 1st shift.

Pay: $15/hr to $17 based on position

You will be working to create apparel and garments using press machines

Duties:

Some heavy lifting required
Must stand for entire shift
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn

- Processes include insertion or positioning of materials, clamping, splicing, fitting parts and use of both hand and power tools.

-Plan and implement the assembly or sub-assembly process by reading and understanding set-up sheets, work orders, drawings or blueprints and gather necessary materials and tools to complete order.

-Understand and observe all safety procedures and practices to prevent injury to self or co­workers.

-Maintain a clean and orderly work area.


Qualifications:
-Knowledge of and ability to use a variety hand and power tools to assemble building components.

-Manual dexterity

-Knowledge of safety procedures while performing assembly tasks.

-Ability to understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.

Requirements:
-High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

-Ability to lift and carry 25-50lbs.

-Climbing, lifting, pushing, bending, or kneeling

-Ability to work overtime as needed.

Our client in south Austin is in need of associates to help pick, pack, and ship products.

Note: This is a temp to hire position

Location: South Austin, 78744

Hours: Monday-Friday 4AM - 12:30AM

Pay: $14.00

Responsibilities:

Pulls and packs product based on daily orders.
Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues.
Operates various pieces of equipment (i.e. Bendi, Palletizer, Dolly Loader, Pallet Wrapper, Forklift, and Electrical Pallet Jacks).
Reports any mechanical problems.
Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:

Scanning and sorting outgoing stock
Pulling, packing, and loading
Receiving, stocking, and stacking

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
6 months retail or customer service experience preferred
Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) equipment preferred
