❄️ Apartment Living Tip: Is Your AC Overflow Tube Dripping?

💧 That little tube above your bathtub is there for a reason!

If you notice water dripping from the AC overflow tube above your bathtub, it’s a sign that your AC system may have a clogged drain or another issue that needs attention.

🚨 Don't ignore the drip! Even though the water is coming out over the tub, it's a warning that your AC system needs to be checked.

🛠️ What should you do?
Submit a maintenance request as soon as you notice water dripping. Our maintenance team can investigate the issue and take care of it before it becomes a bigger problem.

💡 Remember: That little drip is your apartment's way of saying, “Hey, something needs attention!” 😉

🦋🌿 Wildlife Wednesday: Monarch Butterflies 🌿🦋

Did you know that Central Texas is a major stop along the Monarch butterfly migration route?

Each fall, from late September through early November, thousands of monarchs pass through our area on an incredible journey of up to 3,000 miles to their wintering grounds in central Mexico. Peak migration in the Round Rock area is typically October, making it a great time to keep an eye out for these beautiful orange-and-black butterflies!

If you spot a monarch around the community:
🧡 Admire from a distance.
🌼 Help them by protecting native flowers and milkweed.

This aerial photo from 1995 shows the area before Rocking Horse Ranch was developed. Fast forward to today, and the once-open land around E. Palm Valley Blvd. and A.W. Grimes Blvd. has transformed into a thriving part of Round Rock. 🏡🌳

Rocking Horse Ranch’s development was approved in 1996, right in the middle of a huge period of growth for our city. We’re proud to have been part of the Round Rock community for nearly three decades! 💙🐴
