Connecting people to God, to each other, and to the world In 1979 land was purchased off CR 1460, and the ground breaking took place on May 23, 1979.
In July 1978, Life Connection Church (Evangel Temple Assembly of God) held its first service under the pavilion at the original Old Settler’s Park off of 620 and I-35; fifteen people attended this service. By 1985, the church out grew these facilities and purchased 5 acres of property and a metal building on CR 113, it’s present location (3109 E. Old Settlers Blvd). The building was converted into
