Residential Remodel / Home improvement

Responsibilities:
Managing projects
Communicating with crews/subcontractors
Pick up and deliver of project materials
Oversee project production
Communicating job details with customers

Requirements:
5+ years experience in construction/home improvement
2+ years experience in managing job sites and crews
Must have common knowledge of plumbing, electrical, framing, and cabinet installation.
Must have own transportation: (preferably a truck for picking up and delivering materials)
Background check

Preferred:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) **A large portion of our subcontractors speak Spanish.

For anyone who hasn’t seen this yet, please go watch it. Marquita is a customer of ours and a very close family friend. We came to a halt in her project when insurance refused to fund the completion of the project. In the end, this became a story of love. Marquita’s close friends made the whole thing possible when they sat her down and told her to let them help. They started a fundraiser and the community has come together to help raise money to get Marquita back into her home! In just two days they raised enough for the project to continue forward.
