Our volunteers give their time, energy, patience, and heart to the dogs who need them. From helping with transport and events to supporting fosters, lending a hand behind the scenes, and doing the countless little things that keep rescue moving, it all matters.

A lot of what they do happens quietly, without much recognition.

So today, we're giving them some.

Winnie has entered her “I deserve the good life” era. 🤎

What does a day in foster care look like?
*
A little bit of everything.
*
Breakfast. Walks. Naps. Playtime. Maybe some training. Dinner. More naps. And plenty of time just being part of a family.

But those ordinary moments are doing something important.
*
They're helping a dog learn what a routine feels like. They're building confidence. They're giving fosters the chance to learn their personality, their quirks, and what they need to thrive.

Foster care isn't always about big moments.
*
Sometimes, it's simply giving a dog the chance to experience a normal day in a safe, loving home.
*
And those little things can make a very big difference. 🤎
