Fairway Social at Trilith in Fayetteville, Georgia presents an innovative virtual golf experience with eight screens and a comprehensive bar, catering to families and golf enthusiasts alike.

Phase 5 at Trilith Studios showcases a modern production hub with 29 acres of land, 190,000 square feet of tilt wall stages, 100,000 square feet of office space, and 100,000 square feet of workshops. A picturesque bridge over a stream adds to the aesthetics. From start to finish, the project took 54 weeks to complete.

MBS was meticulously constructed from the ground up using pre-engineered metal building methods, resulting in a 110,000 sq. ft. building that embodies the essence of modernity and sophistication. The project is nestled within the Trilith development on 12 acres of land.

Experience the art of fine dining at Enzo, a chef-driven steakhouse located at Trilith in Fayetteville, Georgia.

Outpost is the home base for Trilith Outdoors, delivering landscaping solutions to Trilith Studios and the town of Trilith, ensuring the upkeep of their natural surroundings.

It was a beautiful day to celebrate the Topping Off of the Trilith Outpost. The “Topping Off” refers to the last piece of steel erected on a building's structure. The Outpost is a new building that houses all the landscaping needs for Trilith Studios and the Town of Trilith. PDC could not be more proud to be the contractor building this structure.

Midtown Psychotherapy is located at the American Spirit Works building off Armour Drive in Midtown Atlanta, Ga. It’s a 6,400 square foot facility with 14 private offices.

Grindhouse is a two story Restaurant located at Apple Valley Road in Brookhaven, Ga.

Wonderkid is located at the Old Atlanta Dairies factory on Memorial Drive. It’s a Smith Hanes design serving Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner.
