Shaped by travel to 27 countries across four continents, Feliciano embraces change as a generative force. Her practice is sustained through daily commitment, showing up, trusting process, and allowing transformation to unfold over time. Ultimately, her work is less about arrival than endurance, a quiet insistence on moving forward, carrying what remains, and giving form to what refuses to disappear.
Embedded within the Tuscany Series paintings are retazos, remnants of previous works, allowing discarded histories to resurface with renewed meaning. Though these works may suggest landscapes, they are imagined places marking a constructed past. They reflect internal migration, shifting perspectives, and the beauty found in impermanence. These surfaces become sites where memory is not preserved intact, but reassembled through experience.

Many thanks to the extraordinary Oscar A. Fuentes, Dani Gutierrez, Nila Duranza and the whole team at MDCPLS for their incredible work in creating a beautiful exhibition at the Westchester Regional Library! Special thanks to all who attended the opening reception and tour of the exhibition. I am grateful for their incredible support and the exchange of ideas!
From the foothills of Italy, to my Little River studio and then to the art gallery in Miami-Dade, thank you to my family, friends, colleagues, and art lovers who have supported and cheered me on through this journey!
