New modular wall - final design and installation complete.

Wall design that I came up with along with the contractor who gets these concrete blocks (as unused and throwaway concrete sent to the plant) for pennies on the dollar. We saved the general contractor over $50,000 with this wall as compared to steel driven piles

New industrial/commercial project . Bringing my lead engineer Ronald Saklem with me Thursday to Forsyth, Georgia for a structural inspection. Converting this 66,000sf warehouse into a manufacturing facility..

New renovation in Buckhead calls for a 37 foot steel I-beam to replace rear wall. Contractor is going to try to install it without a crane using hydraulic jacks, etc.
