To sum it up at year 5…Grateful. I’m just truly grateful and blessed to be apart of this community and workout alongside each every wonderful person I get to meet. Thank you for pouring into me as much as the awesome CFR team pours into you.

WHAT. A. DAY. At CrossFit Rosharon!!! 🐂
Today was one for the books as a community as we put on our annual Back To School Member’s Comp, and it was a sight to see!
On behalf of the coaches and I, we are SO proud of our athletes and their performances today as they showed off all of their hard work, even when we think they aren’t listening during ALL the warm ups and whiteboard briefings… 🥴😑🙄😆
A note to my community: I truly and dearly love ya’ll and I hope you guys see just how awesome you guys are, even just for one amazing day!
