It appears that Levi may have partied too hard last night.
I pick up all the toys and straighten up the living room before bedtime and this is what I woke up to. Looks like a frat house in here.

Good morning y'all!
I've had several people reach out regarding the farmstand. We haven't had it open open the last couple weeks because of the insane amount of love bugs or whatever you call them. They're literally so bad out here, the farmstand is completely covered in them. Needless to say, fresh baked goods and love bugs do not go together.
That being said, we have pasture raised easter eggs, and honey from right here on the ranch avaliable for pick up EVERY DAY now. For the time being, they'll be in the blue cooler next to the farmstand.

Good morning y'all and Good Friday!!
This weekend the farmstand will be open tomorrow for eggs, honey, and salsa as usual. Everything will be in the blue cooler.
We will also have smoked pecan pies and tres leches cakes available for your Easter feast. Scheduled pick up only for those, they will not be left on the farmstand. Please message me to place an order if you're interested.
Smoked Pecan Pie $30 (over 2 cups of fresh pecans per pie)
8x8 Tres Leches $20 (traditional, chocolate, strawberry, or fruity pebble)
The farmstand will be closed on Easter as we spend time with our family.

Hey y'all! This week we're gonna switch things up. The farm stand will be closed, but we'll still be open.
We'll be at Arcola Feed Store all day Saturday for the trade day/ farmers market. We'll have baked goodies, salsas, pickled veggies, honey, eggs, live chicks, quail, fertile eggs, and more!

Took Dani out to open the farmstand with me this morning. She's a scent trained dog, she's obsessed with all scents. She likes to put her nose to the ground, wander, and track scents. That's what makes her such a great diabetic alert dog, even to this day. She goes on a walkabout as I like to call it. She does it daily on the ranch. She'll spend hours wandering the ranch smelling all the things.
Every once in a while, I let her outside the gate. Risky move as she tends to be more like a beagle when she's on a scent and her hearing just disappears. If you've ever had a beagle you know what I'm talking about.
Today she got a little too carried away, ignored my calls and claps, and kept getting further away. There were a lot of deer in the field and she was tracking them. If she was safely contained on our property, I'd let her be, but it's simply too dangerous to let her roam unfenced even out here.
Dylan went to round her up. He gave her the dignity of coming in on her own, but followed closely behind. She's a very well behaved girl, she's turning 14 next week, but every once in a while, the spunky little puppy inside shows up and wants to roam. She's earned it, she's protected her girl for the last 11 years, and if this is how she wants to spend her golden years, so be it!!
