Always fun to receive a phone call giving your guys props so I thought I’d put him on blast! Marcus had a situation outside of anything he did but handled the customer with patients and met all of his needs. He just called and praised Marcus for everything and I have to say it’s refreshing to get those so I’m going to start putting the guys on blast for their positive actions! Good Job Marcus I’m glad you’re a part of the team!
