What do we expect from our Solar Energy Sales Specialists?
• Open availability to self-generate a high volume of in-home leads
• Motivated, goal orientated, organized, positive and professional demeanor
• Must have your own transportation and smartphone
• Polished and professional
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check
• CSLB License is a plus, but not necessary to start work. We will help get the licensing in place before selling

With so many choices for what kind of system, with or without a Tesla or LG Battery (to stay up when the grid goes down!) at any financial option that works for the customer. There has never been a product like this that is both a true positive choice for the customer, the environment and the seller (and state mandates!).

Our Contract Field Energy Sales Specialists are eligible to become a Full Time Sales Team Members after a 90 day probationary period.

What It’s All About – The Role

Speak one-on-one with homeowners about their energy usage and assist in finding the right solution

Attend company generate appointments when scheduled

Preparation prior to scheduled meetings with potential solar clients

Prospect and self-generate leads to develop new solar accounts

Continually research the market to discover productive methods of generating leads & share any original methods with your teammates.

Generate new sales as well as maintain existing customers

Participate in strategy sessions with sales team members regarding successful sales principles

Implementing and following Best Practices to grow, and maintain sales and a strong customer base

What You Will Gain - The Compensation & Other Good Stuff

Lucrative, uncapped commission structure

On Target Earnings $75,000 + annually

Over Target Earnings (exceeding expectations) $175,000 + annually

Quarterly Bonus Program of $50 per kW for all sales at/over quota

What You Need – The Qualifications

Genuine interest and excitement about natural, renewable energy & solar solutions

Stellar communication skills & a knack for engaging people

Strong sense of ambition, motivation, and self-discipline

The ability to work in a Full Time Contract Role

Prior solar sales experience a plus

Strong organizational skills

Local candidates with reliable transportation only
