Hope everyone is enjoying the long weekend. I wanted to share some information on my office aesthetic services. I am a physician that practices personalized medicine and am affiliated with MDVIP. I also have an aesthetic practice where I do injections to lessen fine lines and wrinkles, fill deep lines or add volume to cheeks, lips, and under eyes. Recently, I added a new service with a product called Radiesse. This can be used as a filler for volume or a bio-stimulator to tighten and firm. What this means is if it is used as a filler- it will help enhance our cheekbones or temples- Radiesse is a firm filler and not for lips. If it is used as a bio-stimulator, I dilute the Radiesse with saline and inject it to areas where skin is loose, wrinkled, or even sagging. The idea of a bio-stimulator is to have your body's own collagen and elastin fibers work to tighten up these areas. This takes weeks to months to see full effects but it is your own natural collagen and elastin fibers that are doing the work. You may know this as a neck wash to tighten the neck region.
