Just to let everyone know. For the safety of our girls we are not breeding. They are at that age where it is too dangerous.

Just an update. There were no viable eggs this round. All of the birds are back to their gender cages and on a rest. We will try again in a few months.

Questions have been asked about the pairing. The last couple of years we were pairing three at a time. Timber is finally old enough to start trying and we had two new arrivals to the flock. So this round we have five pairs. On the bottom we have Daisy Mae and Timber. Middle Left is Khloe and Waylon. Middle Right is Grumpy and Greenie. Top Left is Phoebe and Bam Bam. Top Right is Pebbles and Goldie.

Follow up. Everyone that is left on the wait list has been contacted as to where they are on the list. There are still 11 we are waiting to hear back if they are still interested. As of right now the list is down to 20 people.

We have received a lot of questions on how much longer before the waiting list is completed. As of today there are 22 people left on the list. We are setting up 5 pairs this weekend. Hopefully all of them will have viable clutches. If they do the wait list should be cleared by next spring. At that time we will let everyone know how the new procedure will happen.

We get to go camping with our K9 and human family. We are down to three times a day feeding. We are starting to eat our pellets and seed. We should be ready for our new families in about 25 days.
