Mark your calendars! The studio is closed Friday, March 20-Saturday, March 28 for spring break!
Your nervous system can creep into your performances! Dry mouth, shaking, difficulty swallowing, forgetting notes…..here are some tips when you can’t swallow! Have a lozenge you like leading up to walking on stage. Have a water bottle with you, but also hydrate the day before! I always have a cough drop and Kleenex in my pocket too for those terrible moments you get a catch or cough mid performance! Comment if you’ve ever experienced this!
