We have been very busy!
Here is what we accomplished this week.
Removed and replaced a 40 year wore out driveway. 15 cubic yards of concrete.
Removed and replaced a severely broken and sunk garage floor. 4 cubic yards of base needed to bring up to grade, 6 yards of concrete.

Installed a flake garage floor coating. We installed this in one day.

Yes we do epoxy floor coatings(technically not epoxy but a better product called poly-spardic and poly-urea).

Does your concrete have heaving issues when the ground freezes?
We have great solutions for that.
At Rosemount Flexspaces, this section of aprons were raising 2” every winter.
So we removed 164 feet of the old concrete, trenched down 4’ and installed 4” extruded foam and 4” of foam on the base of the concrete. This will prevent frost from migrating down and freezing the wet soil underneath.

Garage floor makeover Friday!!!
We installed this chipped floor coating on this ugly floor.
The color is called cabin fever, really makes quite the transformation!

Front yard makeover.
New front patio, sidewalk, apron and garbage can pad.
Nothing fancy, but lots of tooled control joints!

A fall backyard transformation.
New retaining wall, downspout relocation system and stamped patio.
Both wall and patio are sandstone color, patio was stamped with Italian slate texture skins.
Removed the old patio and wall and made provisions for a hot tub.
