To protect your items being shipped, they should be properly cushioned in the box. You want cushioning that has enough density to keep items from shifting during transit. Any sharp or protruding edges should be wrapped and taped as well.

When getting your letterhead printed, make sure you buy envelopes and "second sheets" to match. A nice 24 lb. paper is ideal, as it's sturdy enough to look professional, but not so rigid as to be unwieldy.

Packing peanuts can be a great way to keep fragile items safe during shipping. Fill the box slightly over the top with the peanuts and push them down gently as you close the flaps for the best cushioning.
