So grateful and excited to be visiting Rome again. ❤️ Cannot wait to see sweet friends and share the stage with such incredible and inspiring songwriters I can’t believe we know- Muletide, Ashley Hill and Sail Head Spider Leggs- it’ll feel unreal as always and we will hold onto it until the next time around, when in Rome 🕰️

This Saturday at the garden is all about roots. ✨🌿

We’re so excited to host for their 12th Anniversary! They started right here in Rome over a decade ago, and celebrating their journey (and their newest lil cheese curd! 👶) with a giant picnic feels like the way to do it, so grab a spot and stay a while. They’ll be pulling in around noon!

After a little time tending to life, love, and our newest (very tiny, very cute) team member, we’re finally bringing the melty magic back home to Rome!

Speakcheesy is turning 12 (!!) and there’s no way we were celebrating anywhere but Rome and with the folks who’ve been showing up, eating grilled cheese, and cheering us on since the early days. 💖✨

We’re throwing a birthday party picnic at Cosmic Dog and it’s gonna be real simple, real sweet, and real cheesy:

✨ sunshine, blankets, and all our favorite people

This little grilled cheese dream has grown with us in ways we never could have planned… and getting to come back and celebrate it here, with y’all, means everything.
